Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration is for the complete six-month series, October 2026 through March 2027. Full payment reserves your place and includes gathering materials.

You may cancel within 10 calendar days of purchase for a full refund. After that period, registration is non-refundable. If you withdraw before October 11, 2026, a refund less a $50 administration fee will be provided only if your place is filled from the waitlist.

Once the series begins, registration cannot be transferred and missed gatherings are not refunded. If Wise Owl Wellness cancels a gathering, a replacement date will be offered. If it cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the value of that gathering will be refunded. If the entire series is cancelled, your payment will be refunded in full.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.
