Relational Nervous System Guidance
Harmonizing the Invisible
Consultations, talks, and experiential gatherings for families, educators, and organizations.
When everyday moments feel tangled, I get curious about what’s happening underneath: the sensory needs, the overwhelm, the effort to stay connected. Together, we make room to understand ourselves and each other, using conversation, body noticing, and practical exploration. We can begin with one question and look for a little more room to respond with care.
Family & Caregiver Consultation
A 60-minute conversation for caregivers who want help understanding a challenging family situation. Together, we explore what may be contributing, what already supports connection, and one or two practical things to try.
Bring an everyday challenge, such as difficult mornings, requests that lead to overwhelm, or communication that keeps getting stuck. I bring my experience alongside children and families, including autism- and PDA-informed perspectives.
Talks & Workshops
Accessible nervous system education with room to ask questions, practise, and reflect. We can explore co-regulation, communication during overwhelm, and the relationship between boundaries, capacity, and support.
Experiences may include gentle movement, body noticing, play, or hands-on making. Participation and sharing are always invitations.
Gathering Facilitation
I can help shape and facilitate a gathering, or work alongside your hosts. Creative projects, reflection, and seasonal ritual offer different ways to meet change, grief, belonging, and connection.
No making experience is needed. We choose the format and materials for your group.
Discuss a workshop or gathering
Pause. Attune. Respond.
This is the thread through my work: pause to notice, attune to the people and context, then choose a response with more understanding.
Nervous systems in relationship: sensory needs, overwhelm, and co-regulation.
Autism- and PDA-informed perspectives: autonomy, demands, and flexible communication.
Rhythms and capacity: daily patterns, seasons, and life transitions.
Making as reflection: giving an experience shape through creative practice.
For groups drawn to it, astrology can be included as a symbolic lens for reflection. It is an optional thread, chosen together to suit the gathering.
A little about me
My practice brings together yoga, somatic and grief work, family support, and years of holding women’s gatherings. I have practised yoga since 2003 and trained to teach in 2009. I stay curious about how understanding becomes something we can live and practise.
I offer education and relational guidance within my training and experience. This work does not include diagnosis or clinical treatment.
